The 20 Point Football Pool is new for 2018. It accounts for the spread, however your picks are straight up. We ran a trial of it last season, and it’s definitely an interesting concept.
20 Point Football Pool Basics
For each week of the NFL regular season, you pick a team and then your score for that week is based on the outcome of their game as well as the point spread of the game. If they win, you add 20 points plus the spread to your running total for the season. If the team you selected is the favourite for the game, your score will be 20 minus the spread. If they’re the underdog, your score will be 20 plus the spread. If your selection doesn’t win the game, you get 0 points for the week. At the end of the regular season, the highest score wins.

Pick Locking
You can have your picks lock at 1 pm Sunday (or whenever the main slate of games starts for the week), or have each game lock at it’s specified kick off time.
Default Picks
Set up one of our default pick options, so when someone forgets, or is unable to make a pick, they still end up with a selection according to the default pick criteria.
