Office Pool Managers<\/h3>\n

HostedPools enables office pool managers to save hours and hours of time and energy by handling many of the time consuming tasks involved.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The larger your pool gets, the more time you have to spend each week with updates and notifications. \u00a0With HostedPools, it doesn’t matter how large your pool is, once it’s running, you get to sit back and enjoy (unless your picks aren’t doing so well).<\/p>\n

Our office pool management service helps you save time as we handle all selections, but do also give the pool manager the ability to update a pick after the deadline. \u00a0In the name of transparency, any pick made as a default (by the system) or by a pool manager after the deadline will be highlighted as such.<\/p>\n

All games are automatically scored and your pool is completely updated on a regular basis as games are completed. \u00a0All reports and standings\/statistics are updated at one time, and you’ll no longer have to send out a spreadsheet to a large email list.<\/p>\n

As a pool manager, you can easily send invites to up to 20 addresses at a time. \u00a0If you’ve managed a pool of the same type previously, you can send an invite to everyone that had an entry with one click of a button from your manager dashboard. \u00a0We’re currently working to be able to allow some text to be added to an invite email as well, so you can give people any additional information they would need.<\/p>\n

Office Pool Entrants<\/h3>\n

HostedPools enables office pool entrants to have instant access to make their selections, view weekly results and overall standings from anywhere with an internet or wifi connection.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We use a responsive layout which makes it easier for you to get quick access to what you need on your smartphone or tablet, and you no longer have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to see the full results for the week. \u00a0You can check in any time to see how recently completed games have affected the standings. \u00a0We do not update results for games prior to the deadline however, so those that pick Thursday or Saturday games in football aren’t potentially at a disadvantage.<\/p>\n

Personal Service<\/h3>\n

We have a small team, so the people answering your questions, and helping you out are also the people that have worked on the site, so you don’t get the disconnect there can be at some larger sites. \u00a0As a result, we’re also receptive to adding new formats and options to make your office pool the best it can be. \u00a0Let us know if there’s a format or an option you would like to see<\/a>, and we will at least explore the possibility!<\/p>\n
